Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to have their session shortened or rescheduled, and the full service fee may still apply. A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. Charges will only be applied in accordance with this policy.
