Scheduled Appointments
All sessions are scheduled in advance to align with your recovery timeline and to reserve dedicated time for your care.
Rescheduling Policy
Due to limited availability and the importance of consistency:
- Package appointments are non-rescheduleable
- Missed appointments are forfeited
Expiration
- 5-session packages must be used within 4-6 weeks
- 10-session packages must be used within 8-10 weeks
This ensures treatments are completed within the most beneficial healing window.
